Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at https://www.booked24x7.com and related Booked24x7 products and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Description of Service

Funnelgrowthexpert LLC, doing business as "Booked24x7" ("we," "us," or "our"), provides an AI-powered lead capture, booking, and business automation platform designed for local service businesses. Features may include connecting third-party calendars (including Google Calendar via Google OAuth), checking availability, creating calendar events, and related configuration tools. Service agreements, pricing, and deliverables for paid client engagements may also be governed by separate written agreements.

Google Calendar and third-party connections

If you connect a Google account or Google Calendar to Booked24x7, you authorize us to access and use Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide calendar booking and related features you enable. You represent that you have the right to grant that access for the calendars and accounts you connect.

You agree that you will:

  • Use Google integrations only for lawful business scheduling purposes.
  • Not attempt to circumvent Google OAuth, API quotas, or security controls.
  • Comply with Google's applicable terms and policies when using Google APIs through Booked24x7.
  • Disconnect Google access when you no longer wish Booked24x7 to access your calendar.

Booked24x7's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or underlying systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Use connected Google or other third-party data for advertising platforms, data brokering, surveillance, or any purpose not allowed by these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who violates these Terms.

AI voice and chat agents

AI agents may generate responses automatically. Clients are responsible for configuring scripts, knowledge, and booking rules for their business, and for reviewing outcomes as appropriate. AI output may be inaccurate; do not rely on it as sole professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Booked24x7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and may depend on third parties (including Google). We have no control over third-party outages, policy changes, or acts, and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing a linked site or third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.

THE SERVICES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, CALENDAR SYNC, OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKED24X7 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Missouri, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
