Introduction

Funnelgrowthexpert LLC, doing business as "Booked24x7" ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the website at https://www.booked24x7.com and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit the Site or use Booked24x7.

This is the public privacy policy for the Booked24x7 platform product (including Google OAuth calendar connections used when we onboard business clients). It is separate from any per-client SMS workspace privacy pages that may exist under other paths.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, book a call, create an account, or email us, we collect name, email address, phone number, business details, and any other information you choose to share.
  • Google user data (Google OAuth / Google Calendar). If a business client connects Google to Booked24x7, we access Google Calendar data through Google's OAuth consent flow using the minimum scopes needed for booking. This may include the Google account email associated with the connection, OAuth tokens, calendar IDs, free/busy information, event details (title, description, time, timezone, attendees when provided for a booking), and related metadata required to check availability and create, update, or cancel calendar events.
  • Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools may record IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. As described in the Cookies & Tracking section below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • Check calendar availability and create, update, or cancel Google Calendar events for appointment booking on behalf of connected clients.
  • Operate AI voice/chat agents configured by clients to capture leads and book appointments.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations).
  • Send marketing communications where consented or otherwise permitted by law.
  • Analyze usage to improve performance and content.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Google User Data — Access, Use, Storage, and Sharing

This section is intended to meet Google's requirements for apps that access Google user data through Google API Services, including Google Calendar.

How we access Google user data

Clients explicitly authorize Booked24x7 through Google's OAuth consent screen. We access Google Calendar data only after that authorization, using Google's official APIs and the scopes granted. Clients may revoke access at any time in their Google Account permissions and/or by disconnecting Google inside Booked24x7 where available.

How we use Google user data

Google Calendar and related Google user data are used only to:

  • Determine available booking slots for the client's business.
  • Create, update, or cancel calendar events when a booking is made or changed.
  • Keep Booked24x7 scheduling features in sync with the connected calendar.
  • Troubleshoot booking failures and maintain reliable calendar sync for that client.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers. We do not use Google Calendar data or other Google user data to train generalized AI / machine-learning models.

How we store Google user data

We store OAuth tokens and the minimum calendar-related data needed to operate booking features (for example tokens, calendar IDs, and event identifiers created through the Services). Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Tokens are treated as sensitive credentials.

How we share Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We may share Google user data only:

  • With service providers that process data solely to help us provide the Services (for example hosting or infrastructure vendors), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice and, where required by Google's Limited Use rules, prior user consent.
  • With the client's own systems or tools that the client configures to receive booking data as part of providing the client-facing feature.

We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Booked24x7's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.

In particular, Booked24x7:

  • Limits use of Google user data to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the Services (calendar connection, availability checking, and appointment booking).
  • Does not use Google user data for serving ads, including personalized, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.
  • Does not sell Google user data.
  • Does not transfer, sell, or use Google Workspace or Photos API user data—including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data—to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
  • Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless the client has given affirmative agreement for a specific support case, or it is necessary for security, abuse investigation, or legal compliance, or the data is aggregated for internal operations in accordance with applicable law.

AI / ML services and Google Workspace data isolation

Booked24x7 offers AI-powered voice and chat features (for example AI receptionists that capture leads and book appointments). Those AI features run on Booked24x7 CRM and booking data configured by the client. Optional Google Calendar sync is a separate server-side integration: Booked24x7 remains the source of truth, and Google Calendar is used to list calendars, read free/busy, and create, update, or delete synced appointment events.

We do not transfer raw or aggregated/anonymized Google Workspace or Photos API user data to third-party AI services for the purpose of training their AI/ML models. Google Calendar API payloads are not used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized or foundational AI/ML models.

Third-party AI and telephony providers used to operate voice/chat features may include Vapi (voice AI control plane; commercial / paid plan), and model or speech vendors accessed through that stack under commercial API terms that do not permit use of our customer content to train their foundational models by default. These providers process only the operational data needed to deliver the client-facing AI feature. They are not given Google Calendar OAuth tokens, free/busy payloads, or other Workspace API user data for model training or secondary improvement of generalized models.

Booked24x7 does not operate a self-hosted or offline copy of a third-party model that receives Google Workspace API user data. If that ever changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose local processing and confirm that Google user data is not shared with the model provider for training or secondary purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize returning visitors, understand how the Site is used, and improve the user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may limit some features.

We may also use third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) that set their own cookies. Please review those third parties' privacy policies for details.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate our business, including Google (for Calendar OAuth when connected by clients), AI voice/chat providers (such as Vapi and related commercial model/speech APIs), hosting and infrastructure vendors, email services, and analytics providers. These services may collect or receive information as needed to provide their functionality. We share only what is necessary for them to operate on our behalf, and we require them to handle information consistently with this policy and applicable Google requirements for Google user data. As described above, Google Workspace API user data is not transferred to AI providers for model training.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services, under confidentiality obligations.
  • If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected individuals.
  • With your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Google OAuth tokens and calendar sync data are retained while a client's Google connection remains active and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, auditing, or deletion processing.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information—including Google user data—from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@booked24x7.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

To disconnect Google Calendar access, revoke Booked24x7 in your Google Account permissions and/or disconnect inside the product where available.

Children's Privacy

The Services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The current policy is always published at https://www.booked24x7.com/privacy-policy/. If we change how we use Google user data in a material way, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain additional consent before using that data for the new purpose.
